Good or bad, sleep during travel can affect everything from your mood and energy levels to your immune system and overall health.
As a healthcare provider, I travel to Saipan (Northern Marianas Islands) every year to care for medically underserved patients. Over time, I have gained valuable experience in sleeping across time zones and have picked up some useful tips along the way.
